The head of department discuss the incident with the instructor (and other instructors and/or related academic unit members when necessary by one or as a group). The decision is delivered to the instructor in written form within a week.

2. If it proves to be ineffective, write a petition to the Directorship within three days you receive decision by head of department. Include all the details in item 1 and the response of head of department. The decision is delivered to the instructor in written form within a week.

3. If this also proves to be ineffective, write a petition to the Vice Rector who is in charge of SFL. The decision is delivered to the instructor in written form and is deemed final.
