Summer School Meetings with Administrative Staff
Karabuk University School of Foreign Languages organised a comprehensive meeting with the administrative staff under the name of ‘Meeting with Summer School Administrative Staff’ with the start of the summer school.  School Director Asst. Prof. Dr. Mustafa POLAT, Vice Director of the School, Lect. Hüseyin ATASEVEN, Vice Head of Foreign Language Preparatory Department Lect. Şakir AŞÇI, School Secretary Eyüp GÖZÜTOK and other administrative staff attended the meeting.
 
The main agenda of the meeting was to evaluate the past one-year period and to ensure that the summer school process is carried out in a proper way. Asst. Prof. Dr. Mustafa POLAT, in his opening speech, made a comprehensive evaluation of the activities and successes achieved during the one-year period. He shared his experiences about the difficulties encountered in the education process and how these difficulties have been overcome. 
 
At the meeting, detailed information about the general operation and organisation of the summer school was given. Vice Director of the School, Lect. 
Hüseyin ATASEVEN informed the administrative staff about the summer school's education system, measurement and evaluation processes. In addition, he emphasised the measures to be taken to carry out these processes more effectively and improvement studies.
 
Vice Head of Foreign Language Preparatory Department, Lect. Şakir AŞÇI provided important information about the educational materials used in the meeting and how to integrate these materials into administrative processes. He made suggestions on how administrative staff can support students in this process. 
 
In the meeting, training and support issues necessary for administrative staff to provide better service to students during the summer school were also discussed. Information was given about the activities to be carried out in order to increase the motivation of the staff and to make the work processes more efficient. In this context, the training needs of the staff were determined and the plans to be made to meet these needs were discussed.
 
At the end of the meeting, School Director Asst. Prof. Dr. Mustafa POLAT thanked the administrative staff and emphasised that such meetings will continue and that the feedback of the staff plays a major role in the success of the school. The active participation and suggestions of the staff will make important contributions to improving the administrative processes of Karabük University School of Foreign Languages and increasing the quality of education.
 
Karabük University School of Foreign Languages will continue to organise similar activities in order to increase the satisfaction and motivation of administrative staff. Such meetings not only help the administrative staff to better adapt to the business processes, but also make significant contributions to their professional development.
