A PREPARATORY COURSE FOR THE PROFICIENCY EXAM for repeat students will be offered online (via Microsoft Teams) based on the demand received under the coordination of KBU YDYO Courses Coordination.
This course is specifically designed for students who have completed their second year in KBU YDYO English Preparatory Classes and plan to take the Exemption Exam, regardless of the results from the STS (Placement Test) administered by KBU YDYO.
Participation in this course is NOT mandatory. Recordings are watched offline.
IMPORTANT! This course is NOT an "English Preparatory Course." Its purpose is to prepare preparatory class students at universities for the Exemption/English Proficiency Exams.
Course Information: The course consists of 240 hours in total. The duration is 8 weeks, and the classes will be held online, 6 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday) from 13:30 to 16:40. Throughout the course, students will receive training in English grammar, reading, listening, speaking, and writing, as well as practice for exemption exams, mock tests, exercises, and preparation for writing and speaking exams, delivered by the instructors from Karabük University's YDYO Preparatory Department.

Goals and Objectives of the Exemption Course:
The exemption courses focus on four main areas. The goal is to enhance students' English grammar, vocabulary, listening, writing, and reading comprehension skills, ensuring their success in English preparatory and exemption exams at universities by improving their speaking fluency and pronunciation.
