P1 - Midterm Exams - (22.10.2021)
Dear students,
Period 1 midterm exam will be held on 22.10.2021. The exam will consist of Test + Writing sections.
Please read the announcement carefully:
The exam will be held online and supervised in the School of Foreign Languages building.

Important! Students who will use their own devices in the exam must use the Chrome browser to access the exam.
Attention! To login the system:
Username: Your Student Number (Example: 21088881234)
Password: Your TR Identity Number (Example: 12345678910)
Important! You must have your T.R. Identity Card or (ID Card/Driver's License/Passport) and Student ID (if not, Student Certificate can be obtained via E-Government).
Important! You must bring your headphones for the test section of the exam, as it includes listening questions.
Important! For the writing part of the exam, you must have a pencil and eraser with you.
Important! You must be present in the exam hall at least 5 minutes before the start of the exam. No students will be admitted to the exam hall after the exam starts.
Important! Students who have an excuse will not be given a make-up exam, except for the cases specified in the School of Foreign Languages Education and Examination Directive.
Important! HES code inquiries are made via OBS and students with risky results will not be admitted to the exam. These students will be accepted as excused and will take the exam at a later date.
Important! In order to be able to connect to the university network within the campus, you can create an account for yourself to access wired or wireless internet within our university by using https://cp.karabuk.edu.tr/when you come to the campus.
Important! Reasons not arising from the system such as the internet connection of our students who prefer to use their own devices in the exam, failure of the equipment they use / failure of the charge, and / or late participation in the exam will not be accepted as an excuse.
Important! The duration for the exam can be seen on the top-right side of the screen.
Important! You can view each question only once during the exam. When you want to see a question again, the system will not open the same question again. Therefore, be careful about time management and correct marking in each question.
Note! All exam halls are in the School of Foreign Languages building.
Note! Entrance to the building will be made through gates A and B.

Duration of Exams (The time given for each section is as follows.)
Level 1: 30 minutes (test) + 30 minutes (writing) = 60 min.
Level 2: 40 minutes (test) + 40 minutes (writing) = 80 min.
Level 3: 40 minutes (test) + 40 minutes (writing) = 80 min.
Level 4: 50 minutes (test) + 40 minutes (writing) = 90 min.
