2017-2018 Academic Year Opening Ceromony & Awards
The Opening Ceremony for the 2017-2018 Academic Year was held at the School of Foreign Languages at Karabük University. Vice Rector. Prof. Dr. Ali Güneş, Director of Foreign Language Schools Inst. Asım Aydin, academic and administrative staff and students participated in the program held in the Hall of the Faculty of Science. Underlining that this success emerged on the grounds of self-sacrificing work, Güneş emphasized the importance of participating in various activities and projects to make the school more effective.
Inst. Asım Aydın, the director of the SFL, spoke about the history of the school, and development processes of the school depending on the number of students that changed over the years. Lecturer Aydin informed the participants about the accreditation process as well as the projects that the School was conducting in line with the goals set for the future.
The 2017 - 2018 Academic Year Opening Ceremony ended with the award ceremony for the students who succeeded in the English Preparatory Program.
